Medical and skilled nursing services, such as RN, PT, OT, Speech, and Home Health Aides. These services are typically prescribed by a physician.

Palliative Care

Serious illness, still treating, need support managing pain and symptoms.

Hospice Care

Terminal illness, no more treatment for hospice diagnosis, and a life expectancy of six months or less. Hospices are licensed as for profit or non-profit.
